Just seeing this made me want to throw up. And its not like I don't know every single day exactly how many days are left until results are released, but seeing it in writing just made me sick to my stomach.

I know how you feel, having just missed passing the July 2010 California bar exam. My results were mailed to me in Illinois 4-weeks after the fact (long story) so I only knew that I had failed. Now, I am swallowing my own nauseau, knuckling down and studying all over again with miles to go before I sleep. Broke, and barely able to afford bar exam fees, I am moving forward regardless with the support of family and friends. Some days, however, I dream of a simplier life, like picking grapes under the hot sun, perhaps. Here's hoping that you received passing results!

BTW, do you know if they ever mail them out early?? I don't know how you do it, I'm never taking the CA bar exam again, there are other places to live. What did you think of the February questions (if you've looked at them)?

I don't think that California mails the results early but, then, I don't really know. However, today I lightly reviewed the Feb. 2011 exam questions and am grateful that I am taking the exam in July. At first blush, the questions seem quite challenging. Will probably practice on the PT related to immigration law - interesting and very topical.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought they were challenging! When I read the Con Law question I had to get up to go to the bathroom just to figure out what I was supposed to write about. And the Corporations sucked because I just couldn't remember much about shareholder agreements or proxies. Yuck.

I'm only glad that I can examine these and learn from them, particularly corporations. Talk about a curve ball!

The following can be currently found on the State Bar of California web site:

"Result letters for the February 2011 California Bar Examination are scheduled to be mailed to applicants on Friday, May 13, 2011."

So, take a deep breath and visualize passing results.
